Admin Portal - usage metrics

Hi,

as the administrator of the PBI portal, I intend to collect information about the activity of all the users that access this platform.
I tried activating the log collection but it was not possible. Indicated an error "The command you tried to run is currently allowed in your organization." To run this command, you first need to run the command: Enable OrganizationCustomization. "

Can anyone help to overcome this issue?

Many thanks

Antonio Pedra

Hi @Anonymous ,

Based on my research, it seemed an issue about Office 365 tenant, you could refer to below link that may help you:

Hey @Anonymous !

I don't know much about this topic, but here is a great vid on PBI Admin Portal: Guy In A Cube: PBI Admin Portal

At about the 1 min mark, Adam starts talking about two things that may affect your ability to use this portal inside the PBI service; he then goes right into usage metrics.

Hope this helps!
