Hello,
I am trying to see whether there is a way to adjust the time for email received out of operational hours to the next working day. For example if we get an email anytime after 6:00pm on 25 Feb, this entry should be adjusted to received at 8:00am on 26 Feb. This should also include adjusting emails received at 1:00am on 26 Feb to 8:00am on 26 Feb. Appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Vivek

@vnarayan , I am assuming you want a new data column
A new column
Date =
if(timevalue([Datetime]) >time(18,0,0), datevalue([Datetime]) + 1, datevalue([Datetime]))
Time=
if(timevalue([Datetime]) >time(18,0,0), time(8,0,0) , timevalue([Datetime]))
if need add these two for a new datetime
