Adding sounds to the visual

Hi Guys,

I need to know, whether there is any option where we can add some bakground sounds to the visual.

Example: If I'm using a map, when I click on any country it will drilldown to states. Here while drillingdown I need to use some sound.

Is this possible? pls help me.
