Adding some Tolerance to KPI Colour Coding

Is it possible to change the colour of the KPI visual depending on how close it is to the target? My current visual shows green/ red if over/ under by using the KPI Colour coding, but we would like to show it as orange if we are within 10% of the target. Is this possible to add a tolerence?

e.g. the following would show in Orange as the actual figure is within 10% of the target:

Current colour coding:

Is there some magic I can add to the neutral colour that makes it orange if it's within 10%?

@Anonymous very hard to say, until I get to see power bi report? if you can share a power bi file, remove sensitive information before sharing.

@Anonymous can you test that measure value in a matrix visual to make sure the color value is changing. It all depends on how that measure is done. or if you drop that color measure in a card visual what color value you get.

Ah yes - it goes Orange if i change to a table. Is there therefore a way to make this work in a KPI visual?

@Anonymous maybe you can create a color measure for neutral color and have the logic in it, and click fx and use your measure for color

Neutral Color = 
IF ( [Measure %Age] >= .9, "Orange", "Yellow" )

Thanks for the reply @parry2k . I have created the measure. What format do I need to use - Colour Scale, Rules or Fixed Value?

It doesn't actually allow me to select the new measure when i tried on the rfixed value option. What data type does the measure need to be? It's currently whole number, Thanks.
