I have some new designations to add to my data set after I have set up a dashboard. I am fine manually entering this data by clicking on Enter Data in the Query Editor, but I want Column A to copy an existing column that I have in another dataset in the query editor. How do I copy a column into a manually entered table? I basically want to group the subjects from this column into two groups, and I don't see any way around this but to type it in manually, but I'd love to not type the 500 subjects in again.
If I can't do this, how can I download my PowerBI version of the data to excel so I can do this in excel and then reupload? I've altered my data so much in PowerBI that I don't have the same version in another format to work from.

I would create your Enter Data query. I would then use an Append Query to append it to your first query. Can't know specifically if this will work in your case because I don't know what else is in that original query. But, something like that.
