Adding additional value under a slicer

Hello,

Is it possible to add a additional value under a current Slicer? for example, I have been asked to add Margin % to the filter below but its can't be done through the data source. It would need to be done through Power BI. Is that possible without using the data source?

It depends on how your data model is structured. Is this a field parameter? If so, you can add another row to it by using the same structure as the previous rows. If this isn't a field parameter and is instead a regular table I'm not sure if you can add data easily to that without modifying the source table.
