Thanks.  That gets some way to what I was wanting to do but if you look at the screen shot I put above, you can see it has been formatted i.e. bold headings, separate rows for each heading etc.  

 

Following the steps in that video doesn't produce a result that is as good or as attractive as the screen shot above.
