Adding HTML Button to Dashboard (Desktop)

Hey guys, I would really appreciate if someone could assist me with this issue.

My boss wants me to add an HTML button to a dashboard. the purpose of this button is to allow someone to either report an issue or provide feedback on the specific dashboard. I tried to see if I could just Get Data from the HTML file that I created for the button but that didn't seem effective. Would really appreciate a detailed step by step on how to tackle this task.

Here's the code:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>

<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">
<title>Feedback/Report Issue</title>
<link href="style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
</head>

<body>
<a href="mailto:techhelp-bi@towson.edu?subject=Dashboard Name – User request&body=Thank you for reporting the issue. To better address your issue, please replace the content of this email with a detailed description of the issue, including a screenshot if possible. Your email will be routed accordingly and you will be contacted by a member of the OTS Information Systems team. We appreciate your patience while we resolve your issue.">
<button id="btnOutlook" onclick="techhelp-bi@towson.edu">Provide Feedback/Report Issue</button>
</a>
</body>
</html>

Hmm, default Power BI buttons do not support mailto: links. You could create a table that had a column in it that had the mailto: link. Set teh Data Categorization to Web URL and then it will work but without the nice button interface. There is an HTML Viewer custom visual that you could potentially use. Otherwise, not sure if perhaps an SVG artificact might be able to be used, will have to investigate that further.
