Adding Comments or Remarks to a Power BI Report or Dashboard

Hello,

Is there an easy way to add comments or remarks to a Power BI Report or Dashboard?  For example, we have an A/R Dashboard and we want to add remarks to customers how they normally pay to provide additional information to the end users.

you should be able to place  text field on the page?

alternatively have a look through the power bi store custom visuals.   I think i saw a comments visual there, but not sure how it works.

I use a small, unobtrusive donut chart visual to provide user information in the tooltip field.  I set up an internal Tooltips table that I use to control which tooltip displays where.
