Hi All,
I imported multiple csv files to one of my Power Bi report.
I want to add one custom column with same values for each rows in each file.
New custom column name in all files is "Name".
Value for File 1 is "OBDT"
Value for File 2 is "JPON"
etc.
Please advise. Thanks
Hi @sdhn
For File 1, if you click on Custom Column in Power Query, you can then type "OBDT" and click okay. That will give you the column you are after. Do the same for File 2 and replace with "JPON".
All the best 🙂

Hi @sdhn ,
Maybe you can try get data from folder.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/desktop-combine-binaries
This will allow you to combine multiple files into one, after which you can add a custom column by file name (the file name will be preserved when combining).
Best Regards
