Add row name in matrix? (with stepped layout on)

I want to display "row names"... I have tried disabling the Stepped layout, it works! but since I have around 10 rows, it becomes to wide!

Is there a way of somehow display the row name, next to the value ?

(without stepped layout works, but its too wide, and with stepped layout on, is hard to navgiate it without the column/row name).
