Add prerequisite targets to a data source

Hi,

I'm in the process of moving the business' reporting from excel to Power BI. One issue that I've uncovered is the targetting. All the other data is available for me from seperate data sources, but the montly targets are distributed by the directors.

I want to manually input the targets from the previous months and as well as going forward. The targets are for each individual in the sales team as well as a collective target, which is all of the individual targets as a collective

And this is what it looks like in Power BI. I want to add the targets in either a column or line

Does anyone know how I would go about doing this?
