Add multiple fields to scatter plot legend

Hello!

I have a scatter plot that is being colored/legend by Product type. I would like to give the user the opprtunity to change what the graph is being colored/legend by? For example, I could see a dropdown that let the user select Product Type, Price Range... and more and the graph will be legend ccordingly. is there anyways to do something like that?
