Add month on month percentage change to table for many measures

Hello,

Can I replicate this table in Power BI without having to create a month-on-month change measure for each metric?

I already have all the metrics in PBI but currently I'm exporting to Excel each week so I can add the percentage change columns to the table. 

I'd like to know if there's a way of adding columns to the table/matrix visual that perform a certain calculation for every row, regardless of what metric is in each row?
