Currently I'm buildig a report that allows me to see the FTE's per function of our company in the future. From our HRH-systeem I can export a list of the employees. Below you see a short version. The first line is the English translation.
First name | Last name | Term date | Hire date | FTE | Effective from | Hours | Formation | Job title | Company |
Roepnaam | Achternaam | Contract t/m | Contract vanaf | Deeltijdfactor | Effectief vanaf | Vaste uren | Formatie (Werktijden) | Kostendrager | Kostenplaats |
Mathijs | de Ligt | 1-1-2019 | 1 | 1-1-2019 | 36 | 0 | Defender | Juventus
Frenkie | de Jong | 1-1-2019 | 0,85 | 1-1-2019 | 34 | 0 | Midfielder | Barcelona
Stefan | de Vrij | 31-7-2020 | 1-1-2019 | 1 | 1-1-2019 | 36 | 0 | Defender | Inter Milan |
With this export format I'm unable to make a relation with the date table. Is there, for example, a way to make an extra column in Query editor with Reference date and add extra lines and to fill those lines with a monthly reference date till end of contract (Contract t/m)? Employees with no date in cell 'Contract t\m' have an indefinite contract.
Is this possible or has someone else a solution to fix this problem?

@amitchandak , thanks. But this is not exactly what I was looking for. I want the sum of fte per month.
