Hi.
Is it possible to add an extra header in a matrix like below (Excel)? For the monthly figures I would like a header saying "Month" and so on. Should I add an extra structure or how can it be done?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi @HLVW
you can add Title and sub tiltle from general setting.
I hope it resolves your issue!
Hi @Uzi2019 .
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. As far as I can see, I can only add one subtitle for the matrix and in my case I need to add 3: Month, YTD and Full Year. These needs to be placed above the relevant values.
Hi @HLVW
It is quite not possible to have multiple sub title for single table.
Once thing you can do is to add either seperate table for month /YTD/ Full year. adjust prperly so it will look like single table.
Or you can just add text box on top of the header. I hope you dont have any horizontal scrolling.
Something like this.
I hope I answered your question!
Hi @Uzi2019
Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I have thought about making seperate tables, but the rows in the matrix are account no. and I am only showing accounts with values - so the rows will vary from table to table.
A text box on top will also be difficult as the values will be in different places depending on the expansion of the matrix... It is not easy 🙂
@HLVW Possible but not exactly straight-forward: (1) The New Hotness (Custom Matrix Hierarchy) - Microsoft Fabric Community
Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I'll try your solution and see if I can make it work.
