I am currently comparing montly valuues to the previous month to identify if the value has gone up or down. However, i want to be able to show if the value has stayed the same so the monthly change is "0".
i have the current measure which works for Up and Down
"Change = IF(SUM([Percentage]) >= [Prev Month], UNICHAR(9650), UNICHAR(9660))"
Is there a way to add another check in to see if the differenece is 0 and if it is instead of an arrow add a "-" i will then add a conditional format to make it so the it changes the colour to yellow/amber.
EG:
0 -

I have managed to this with the following:
Change2 =
IF(
SUM([Percentage]) > [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(129053),
IF (
SUM([Percentage]) < [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(129055),
IF(
SUM([Percentage]) = [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(8210))
)
)
I have managed to this with the following:
Change2 =
IF(
SUM([Percentage]) > [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(129053),
IF (
SUM([Percentage]) < [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(129055),
IF(
SUM([Percentage]) = [Prev Month],
UNICHAR(8210))
)
)
@Anonymous ,
Try Switch , example
"Change = Switch(true() ,
SUM([Percentage]) >= [Prev Month], UNICHAR(9650)
,SUM([Percentage]) = [Prev Month], "-"
, UNICHAR(9660))"
