Add a Name to the Row in Matrix

Hello

I think its not possible but i have created a matrix with 1 column Called Client Enity and 2 Calculated Column called "Buy Transcation" and "Buy txt Transaction" I simple want to change that blank part of the row and call is Surplus Transaction like in the second image (i jus used a text box)
