Add New Column to Check Another Column and Set the New Value

I've created a Power BI dashboard.
I'd like to add a new column that checks another column for the new value.
The conditions are below:
1) If the value ranges from 01 and 25, the outcome is C11T.
2) If there are AR among 01 and 25, the outcome is C11T AR.
3) If the value ranges from 26 to 43, the outcome is C11S.
4) If the value ranges from 44 and 50, the outcome is C11E.
