Add Caller ID to Teams Voice Call Queue Report
Hi all,
We're using Microsoft's template to report on our on-call usage and quality. I’d like to include the phone numbers of incoming calls in the report. Does anyone know where I can find the data to add the incoming caller ID?

You can export usage report data from the Teams Admin Center. Please refer to Microsoft Teams PSTN usage report - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn
Also, you can use the Microsoft Graph API to get detailed call record data. Please refer to the following links:
