Hey All,
We are using the template provided by Microsoft for reporting on our on-call usage and quality. I would like the ability to include the phone numbers we are recieving the calls from. Would anyone know how I can include the incoming caller ID anywhere in this report? Even if we are just viewing it in the "Data View" that would be enough.
Any input would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Tanner 🙂

What is your data source ? Excel file for example ?
I can't understand the Microsoft template use in your case.
Can you elaborate the steps that you did to build the report ?
Now I understand better the situation. Based on the Word document provided, there is no such column representing the phone numbers (and this is probably due to security matters).
Thanks for your continuing help 🙂
My data source is:
https://api.interfaces.records.teams.microsoft.com/Teams.VoiceAnalytics/getanalytics
I am not sure where this is pulling the data from, but I assume it connects directly with Teams Voice?
I did not create this report, I downloaded a template from this Microsoft webpage:

Can you make sure that the incoming caller ID data is available in your data source. If it is not already included in the data, you may need to modify your data collection process to include this information.
Is there normaly a location where this data will be stored if it is in my data source already? Or possibly a way to search this? I am unfortunately a complete beginner with this and did not create my data collection process. I used the template from Microsoft to create this, which auto created everything. If I were to try and modify the data collection, do you know what I need to include for Power Bi to collect this piece of data?
