Ad-hoc or Custom Reporting

Hi all, 

I have one scenario.

Users looking for the free hand selection of Dimension and Metrics from the predefined lists.  Dimension list contains 10 dimensions and Metrics list contains 7 metrics.  User can select any type of combination and want to see the results in Table format.

Here is the sample requirement for this scenario.

You can allow your users to set up the dimensions and the metrics as they desire using the Personalized Visual option along with Perspective to put restrictions as well.

Thanks for the resources. 

Dashboard consumers/Business users don't want to do these many steps. so I am looking for the predefined set of dimesnions and metrics in the dasboard itself.
