Hi PowerUpDaddy ,

 

1. If there are no 【group】 field in the metadata, you can select the bar chart and group the axes manually.

Use grouping and binning in Power BI Desktop

 

2. Conversely, if the model has a [Group] field that only needs to have a relationship with the user table or be in the same table, you can use [Group] as the x-axis and Count aggregation for [User] as the y-axis.
