I am supporting a user that is accessing a field in a sharepoint list that has comments entered by a user.
However, they also want to access the additional attribute of the date and time of the comment being created or last modified?
Is this possible? How do you do it?

Thank you for your suggested solution. The problem is that we can't actually see all of the data in the "multiple lines of text" field. Therefore a text delimiter approach won't help.
MS tech support has confirmed this is as per design.

@alexisjensennz , In power Query Add column -> Extract text between Delimiter ( and ) and try
refer if needed
