Access to the resource is forbidden after jira upgrade

Hey,

Our corporate JIRA did an update last week, after that PowerBI file feedback error as: Access to the resource is forbidden.

When try to refresh data, it also reports resource access forbidden error message.

Please kindly inform whether you've encountered similar issue before, whether any known fix available. Thanks.

Hi @Judy_Huang ,

Clear permissions in data source settings and try the latest version of Power BI Desktop.

Or please be patient, the issue may resolve itself.
