Dear community,
need your help with assigning the correct level of access to the report.
Situation:
1. There is a workspace with several reports. All users can have access to the reports with some restrictions depending on the RLS (for ex, restriction to see transactions assigned to a specific region)
2. According to the RLS in this workspace, some users can see ALL data in reports
3. Data in one of the reports should be visible only for a few unlisted people
Example:
In the workspace there are 2 reports and all users have access to the workspace and application:
1. Profitability
2. Billing
| User | Profitability | Billing |
| Alina | Access All | Access All |
| Nathalie | No | Access All |
Even if Nathalie has access to the workspace, she shouldn't see data in the Profitability report.
What is the best way to add this access limitation for users?
There is a group in Active Directory with the list of such users that should have access to this specific report. How can I assign it in RLS?
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Delphia ,
You could manage permissions to a specific report.
