Access of Q&A and ML functionality while embedding Power BI service in my portal using AZURE AD

Juse wanted to check when we embed Power BI dashboard using API with the help of AZURE AD does Q&A and ML functionality works or not ?

Power BI Embedded offers you a way to incorporate Q&A into an application and allow your users to ask questions using natural language and receive immediate answers in the form of visuals like charts or graphs.

Thanks for your reply, I was slightly confused with pricing model of Power BI embedding as it's not per user base as we have in pro 

AS I could see using below shared link prices are around $1 for 1 hour for node A1 but in case if i have got 10 users who are using this service for 10 min daily which sums up around 100 minute daily how much I will be charged, pricing will decide which model I want to go
