Access denied error: athena:CreatePreparedStatement

I have imported 2 tables through ODBC connection (from Athena)
These tables have many:many relationship.
When transforming (applying filter on one table) and then applying the changes getting following error:

HTTP Response Code: 400, Exception Name: AccessDeniedException, Error Message: You are not authorized to perform: athena:CreatePreparedStatement on the resource.

When relationship(in modelling) is deleted - then also its giving the same error.

Added athena:CreatePreparedStatement,  access on the athena workgroup but then getting another error

unexpected error: container excited unexpectedly with code 0xC....
