Access Error
Hello! We have a user that is unable to access a dashboard. She was granted PowerBI permissions to read the dataset, 2) the user has a Pro license, 3) Accepted user request to access the Dashboard ...
ReneeO Ideas:
1) Log in with her and ensure the Pro license is applied
2 Make sure she is using the same account you shared with.
3) Stop sharing, and re-share
Open a support ticket... Sometimes there are odd use cases that require a fix from support.
