For those of you who use Microsoft Power BI in people analytics and workforce planning, I recommend the ATM (Analytics for Talent Management) Certification. This seminar is developed by the Human Capital Institute (HCI).

I participated in the ATM seminar this week, and I highly recommend it. The content covers ways to identify insights that can be used for fact-based personnel decisions.
