ARCGIs map Issue

Hi Team,

I built an ARCGis map with clustering function on the desktop. It reads data from a database table and a static excel file in Sharepoint. Now I published the report to the PBI server and I notice a strange issue. Every day for the first time I have to manually refresh the semantic model on the server, since when I view the report for the first time the clustering is not showing up.

As soon as I hit the refresh button and reload the page it works fine. Can you please advise how to resolve this issue permanently?

Make sure that you have schedule the report to refresh at the time that you want.  The report will not refresh just by openining the report.
