API excel and PB

Hello all,

 

i have an API connection from a tool to power bi which basically has in the code all the certain keywords that i need information for. Now i also have an excel sheet that I basically input keywords that are relevant. I was wondering if there is a way to lookup to the excel sheet for keywords and then update the api code automatically with the added keywords. Is this a possibility?
