AND DAX formula not working correct

Dear PowerBI community,

my current situation is as follows:

I have 3 CP's (checkpoints) which can have either 1 or 0. CP_OK, CP_notOK and CP_notused.

First thing, i just simply show the status of each with an icon of they are "1".

Then i had to write DAX for a 4th CP called CP_Open

I wrote the DAX as below. It seems to work for some tools, but then again some tools show the same CP as CP_OK and CP_Open.

Is there something wrong with the DAX?

Any help appreciated.

Thank you
