Hello
I have a Query which is call Sales_Data, it has two columns Product_Name and Sales_QTY.
I want a list of the top 10 sold products, what are the steps I need to do to do this?
Regards
GrahamR99
Solved! Go to Solution.
Bring the 2 columns into a table.
Under Filters, click on Product_Name and then change the filter type to TopN.
Enter 10, and then drag Sales_Data into the data field.

Hello
Sorry you have given me what I asked for, but my hope was I could get it in a slicer so I can select the one of the top 10 to affect my data.
What do I need to do to get a slicer with the top 10 products?
Regards
GrahamR99
If you had the table like mentioned, you could still select a product and it would filter your report.
Granted it doesn't look the same as a slicer but it still offers most of the functionality.
Maybe someone else has a different solution.
Thank you for your help.
