Hi guys,
I'm trying to create a Venn diagram and ran into a circular dependency issue.
I need to create two calculated column category one for Binary Start and the other Binary Actual Start.
I've looked around but have not yet found an answer to my issue.
Here is sample file
I really appreciated your help.
Hi @Stuznet
As learned from the blog, the Venn diagram chart may not fit your scenario.
Could you describe your requirement with words so i can find a workaround for you?
In addition, understand the circular dependency error from the article
https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/understanding-circular-dependencies/
In your case, Power BI does not allow to have two calculated columns that contain measures that are also based on that table. In order to understand why, you'd need a better understanding of what's going on under the hood.
Best Regards
Maggie
