Since you don't want to create the measure, try these formulae

Growth% = DIVIDE('Cross Domain'[MTD_TER]-'Cross Domain'[PMTD_TER],SUM('Cross Domain'[PMTD_TER]),0)
Rev Plan Gr% = DIVIDE('Cross Domain'[Revebue_Plan]-'Cross Domain'[PFY_TER],SUM('Cross Domain'[PFY_TER]),0)
