I'd like to make a graph containing a 3rd variable that changes color based on numerical value like the picture attached. Is this possible in powerbi?

@Anonymous you can use conditional formatting to change the color, either by writing a measure and set color based on the value, read more here.

@Anonymous yes you can use it for scatterplot as well assuming you don''t have any column in legend.
