Please tell me how I can display the 2023 actual sales separately instead of calculating them as part of the total actual sales for 2023 and 2024.

Thanks for the reply from MattiaFratello. You can refer to his reply, or try to use  some measures to achieve your need.

2023Actual = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Year] = 2023 && 'Table'[Attribute] = "Actual"),'Table'[Value])

2023Target = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Year] = 2023 && 'Table'[Attribute] = "Target"),'Table'[Value])

2024Actual = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Year] = 2024 && 'Table'[Attribute] = "Actual"),'Table'[Value])

2024Target = SUMX(FILTER('Table','Table'[Year] = 2024 && 'Table'[Attribute] = "Target"),'Table'[Value])

Is it possible to use a combo chart? If we use small multiples, the data charts will not be on a single dashboard/axis. By having them on the same axis, the data will be easier to compare
