2 Date Ranges in the Same Visual

I'm pretty new to PBI but have a ton of excel experience. 

I have an annual goal I report on that lists our executive's monthly score for projects.  I would like to show the monthly score and the YTD score via a sparkline.  Each month I receive a report that lists a number of projects, and an exec name is assigned with a score of 1 or 0.  If he has 10 projects but scores 9, he is performing at 90% for that month.  As each month passes that score accumulates to create a YTD value month over month and I'd like to present that in a Sparkline.  When I receive the data I add a new column that is the last day of the month so I have a date reference each time I append the latest report.

@KeithSP , if you have date you can use date table and time intelligence, assume you have measure performance 

MTD Sales = CALCULATE([performance] ,DATESMTD('Date'[Date]))
last MTD Sales = CALCULATE([performance],DATESMTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,MONTH)))

YTD Sales = CALCULATE([performance],DATESYTD('Date'[Date],"12/31"))
Last YTD Sales = CALCULATE([performance],DATESYTD(dateadd('Date'[Date],-1,Year),"12/31"))
