    Fast Copy in Dataflow gen2 is currently in Public Preview. We will make it be Generally Available very soon. Please stay tuned to the release plan update and blog announcement.

The documentation does not label it as a preview feature and mentions that the version type has been officially released.

    The release plans only seem to be updated every few months. Chances are there are plenty of other items that are not up to date with their current release status.
