Error on Fabric Gen2 Dataflows

Had originally built multiple Gen2 dataflows inserting data into a data warehouse.  Now i am getting an error on most of them. 

Project: Error Code: FailedToInsertATable, Error Details: Couldn't refresh the entity because of an issue with the mashup document MashupException.Error: DataSource.Error: Failed to insert a table., InnerException: Unable to create a table on the Lakehouse SQL catalog due to metadata refresh failure, for Lakehouse Id: 10192454-07 and Batch Id: 10192454-07f2-49d

I rebuilt one of the dataflows that was just getting data from salesforce and not inserting it into anywhere....any i still get the error.   Any thoughts?

What happens if you try to create a new Dataflow Gen2 in a completely new workspace ? (or one that is different from the previous one)

Creating a new workspace did work....but thats obviously not ideal and i had to rebuild the whole Dataflow....and i have others failing that I would need to do the same for.
