Error on Fabric Gen2 Dataflows

Had originally built multiple Gen2 dataflows inserting data into a data warehouse.  Now i am getting an error on most of them.    Project: Error Code: FailedToInsertATable, Error Details: Couldn't ...

    What happens if you try to create a new Dataflow Gen2 in a completely new workspace ? (or one that is different from the previous one)

    Creating a new workspace did work....but thats obviously not ideal and i had to rebuild the whole Dataflow....and i have others failing that I would need to do the same for.
