Scenario: I have a bunch of data load processes happening outside of fabric. When that is done, I want to trigger one or more dataflow loads to happen via code. Right now, the only option seems to have a scheduled refresh at a specific time. While that would cover many situations, sometimes data may be late and we wouldn't want the load to happen yet. In addition, it wouldn't be as fast as possible when then data is ready to be loaded earlier.

You could leverage a data pipeline today to make this happen, but there's no API for the dataflow to trigger an execution today.
