Hi,

Im looking for a soluation to create a table in word from data in my warehouse. i dont know if power automate from power bi is the best soluation or if theres a better way to do it this. From my experiance working with power automate is it is quite slow and has had several authentication issues.

Any ideas woud be appricated.

Thanks,

Hi @Nikhil234,
Thank you  for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.

If you want to export a big table or report that goes across many pages, the best option is to use Power BI Paginated Reports. These are specially made for this kind of use they allow the table to grow automatically and fit across pages, and you can easily export them to Word or PDF.

To do this, first open Power BI Report Builder you will need to download it if not already installed. Then connect it to your existing Power BI dataset. After that, you can design the report layout the way you want, including a table that adjusts across pages. Once it’s ready, you can export the report directly to Word or PDF either from Report Builder itself or from the Power BI Service.

Best Regards,
Harshitha.
