time lapse plotting on a map
i have plotted latitude and longitude points on a map. I want to be able to show this according to the time. I have tried the ArcGIS Maps and it only gives 30 min slots. Looking for a solution to where they press play and it starts plotting the points on the map. Here is an example of the times. 4:30:55 PM, 4:31:36 PM, 4:32:24 PM, 4:34:35 PM. I have split the OOS Created by delimiter into date and time. Thank you for any help on this.
