I spent this weekend experimenting with visualization and customization possibilities in Power BI and Figma. Using data from an Incident Support operation as an example, I worked on several aspects:
✨Customized field formatting for days, minutes, and seconds using DAX.
🆕Explored the new slicer features for creating image buttons.
🌑Applied a dark-themed custom background for a modern touch.
It was quite a journey, and this is the result. You can also interact with the report online, filter, and cross-reference the data to gain your own insights on team performance, incident volume, and quality details. The public link is available below.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, and improvements from fellow data visualization and Power BI enthusiasts!

This looks great, very helpful! How did you come up with insights for the graphs and charts?
