This pbix is based on dataset retail available on https://www.dunnhumby.com/
It has 5 tab representing each one, a subject to study.
The first one is to study the impact of volume discount. The goal is see the impact of a discount based on quantity on different product. You need to select a minimum quantity, the discount in % that apply to this quantity. Then, you can drill on the bar chart in a department then select a commodity. You will see on the impact on the scatter chart and the table below it.
The second on allow you to compare a store vs the the Canadian province it belongs to. You only need to select a province in the slicer then a store on the map on the left.
On the right you will be able to compare them on different aspect: basket value, Sales by customer income, top 8 product sold for each one.
The third one is a basket analysis that analyse cross buy. On the left you can drill in a department and select a commodity and on the right you will see the other commodity that are sold with the one selected, from the most sold to the less one. The length of the bar represents the number of basket where you can find the two commodity and the intensity of the color represent the Sales in $.
The fourth one compare the loyal customer and the others on different aspects. Select the basket value of the customer you want to analyse then choose marital status and the number of children.
The stacked column chart on the bottom left presents which day of the week the customer come by age group. The center table compare customer based on there income and their loyalty. Below the table, the journey graph allow you to still compare loyal against the others and distribute them on different characteristics of the customers.
Finally on the right the gap analysis compare the mailer sensitivity of the customer.
The last tab is a cohort analysis. A cohort is a group of customer who start to buy in a store a certain week. So the first line of the matrix is the group of customer who start to buy in the store the first week it opened. The columns represent the returning week. So the first cell of a line represents the number of customer the first week then the second one the number of returning customer the following week etc...
Below the matrix, the stacked column chart presents the number of new customer, returning and attrition (number of customer who never came back).
When selecting a line in the matrix, it is possible to analyse the number of customer of a cohort who return and the attrition of the cohort

Hello Ilocans --
In order to be in compliance with the rules of this contest, could you please upload the PBIX for your report? We would very much like to include your entry in our judging, but without the PBIX, yours would unfortuantely be disqualified.
Thank you.
