This is a short report about social media analytics that I made few days ago for the Facebook fanpage of the company where I currently work, I also wrote an entry about it (You can find it here).
The purpose was to answer these following questions:
- What are the ideal hours to posting content on my page?
- What kind of content generates more "likes" and shares?
- What are the most popular fans that interact with my fanpage?
- What were the most successful posts?
- How is going the evolution of "likes", shares, etc. of my fanpage?
- What has been the trend of my social media KPIs this year?
