This is an animated Power BI report best suited to be viewed in Chrome and Edge.

While I am currently trying to develop custom d3 powered viz, I am also trying to see what can be done natively without needing d3 to present information more interestingly. I find animation as a very interesting medium to not only present information but also to increase and improve user interaction with these reports.

Please play with the slicer/ and or drill down to force the animation.

IMO, report animations should be used pretty sparingly but it's definitely nice to have that option available for those times you do want that extra zest.
