Data Driven Development Decisions
This report was created to help aid Housing Associations to explore possibilities and experience the benefits of utilising data to drive their strategies / decisions. The ideology was to provide a methodology of tapping into public data and merging it with internal data to help drive development proposals or analyse levels of risk. The core questioned this answered are as follows:
- What are the main insights we could gather from this industry which would benefit a Housing Association?
- Can we create a methodology to testing and adjusting the 'Affordable Rents Policy' threshold set per dwelling?
- Is there a way to assess risk as a collective against the 'Affordable Rents Policy' and average Income/Outgoings?
The creation of this report was to aid guidance on potential possibilities of predictive analytics models along with creative outlets - merging UI/UX with Data Science. To read more about this, check out the link here.
